It is with great joy that I welcome you to the web site of the Rocky Mountain District of the Desert Mountain Conference, located in the 5th Episcopal District of the African Methodist Episcopal Church! Whew, I know that was a mouthful, so all you need to remember right now is that we are glad you stopped by. 

 

As Presiding Elder of the District, I delight in the opportunity to share my faith with you, a faith rooted in love, peace, joy and commitment. I pray that something you read will not only familiarize you with the Rocky Mountain District, but will be so inspirational that you will return and even share the site with others.  

 

Got questions? You are invited to engage with us at any time, be it by phone, email or on one of our social media outlets. But most of all, you are invited to join us in Christian fellowship at any one of our churches in the District. In worship, we express joy and seek peace and comfort of the spirit.  Children and young people are an integral part of worship in our churches. Finally, this is KINGDOMTIDE Season. A time marked with individual and congregational change, growth and transformation. What was lost is found.  What is stagnate is renewed.  What was idle is REIGNITED. If you are looking for a change in your life, look us over.  Better still, take a leap of faith and come be transformed with us!
